Every wedding is different, so I’ve created three live illustration collections to suit celebrations of different sizes and timings.
If your guest numbers or plans don’t quite fit one of the collections below, don’t worry! I’m always happy to chat about your day and create a bespoke collection to suit your celebration.
Intimate Package
Perfect for intimate weddings of around 30 guests.

Getting married in 2026?
As I launch Ysabel Illustrates, I have a limited number of 2026 weddings available at special introductory rates while I build my portfolio.
Travel within 50 miles each way of my studio in Nottingham is included. Additional mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile, with accommodation potentially required for longer journeys/late finishes.

If you'd like more guests illustrated than are included within your chosen collection, additional portraits can be completed in my studio after your wedding for £5 per guest.
As every wedding has its own natural flow, the number of illustrations completed live on the day can vary slightly. Busy periods, chatting with guests and a rush of requests towards the end of your coverage can all affect timings. Don’t worry though — any remaining illustrations included within your collection will be completed in my studio after your wedding and posted to you at no additional cost.
The Booking Process
Once you've found a collection you love, simply get in touch with your wedding date and venue. I'll check my availability and send over everything you need to take the next step.
Your date is secured with a signed booking agreement and 20% non-refundable booking fee, with your remaining balance due four weeks before your wedding or event.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do guests need to sit and pose for their illustration?
No! I’ll simply take a quick reference photo and your guests can head straight back to enjoying the celebrations while I create their illustration.
How are guests chosen to be illustrated?
Guests can come over to me throughout the day to have their reference photo taken. Illustrations are generally created on a first-come, first-served basis, so there’s no need to organise a guest list beforehand. However, if there are particular family members or members of your wedding party you’d love to make sure receive an illustration, just let me know and I can prioritise them during your coverage.
What do you require from our venue?
All I will need is a table and chair along with approximately 6ft x 6ft of space for my illustration and display setup. Ideally, I’ll be positioned somewhere visible and easily accessible to your guests. We can arrange all the finer details with your venue ahead of the wedding.
Can I book you as a surprise?
Absolutely! Live illustration makes a lovely surprise, whether you’re booking it for your own guests or gifting the experience to the couple. I’ll just need to liaise with the venue or wedding coordinator beforehand to make sure everything I need is arranged without spoiling the surprise.
When should I book?
As soon as you have your wedding date and venue, you’re welcome to get in touch! Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so I’d recommend enquiring early, particularly for popular dates.
Do you only illustrate weddings?
Not at all! Although weddings are a big part of what I do, live guest illustration can be a lovely addition to all kinds of celebrations and events. If you have something different in mind, please get in touch and I’d be happy to create a bespoke quote for you.
